KERN NFC Industrial Drive-Through Scale for Pallets and Mobile Loads
Weigh pallet trucks, roll cages, shelf trolleys and mobile containers without lifting or reloading. The low-profile, ramped KERN NFC platform accelerates warehouse and production workflows while supporting optional certified weighing and digital integration.
Capacity: 600 or 1,500 kg · readability: 0.2 or 0.5 kg · weighing surface: 1,000 × 1,000 or 1,200 × 1,200 mm.

NFC is a robust industrial drive-through scale designed for fast weighing in warehouse logistics, goods receiving, shipping, production and waste handling. Integrated access ramps and a platform height of only 95 mm allow loads on wheels to pass directly across the scale.
The anti-slip chequered steel surface, four alloy-steel load cells and IP67 platform protection make NFC suitable for demanding working areas. A large 48 mm backlit display keeps results clearly visible to operators.

Optional legal-for-trade verification
All NFC models can be ordered with conformity assessment according to NAWI 2014/31/EU. Verification must be selected when ordering and cannot be added after delivery. The complete installation address is required for initial verification.
For a verified scale, the weighing bridge must be fixed to the floor. If verified weight values are transferred to external equipment, the factory-installed YMM-04 alibi memory is required.

Pre-tare, totalisation, percentage weighing, checkweighing with audible and visual signal, piece counting and hold/averaging for unstable loads.
Industrial platform
Powder-coated chequered steel, four alloy-steel load cells, adjustable feet, level indicator and IP67 protection for the platform and load cells.
Clear indication and records
Six-digit backlit LCD with 48 mm digits, real-time clock for date and time records, wall mounting and a 5 m display cable. Protective working cover included.

What can be weighed on the KERN NFC?
The platform is designed for pallet trucks, roll cages, shelf trolleys, mobile containers, waste containers and other wheeled loads within the selected capacity.
Can NFC be supplied as a verified legal-for-trade scale?
Yes. Select the legal-for-trade option when ordering. Initial verification cannot be added after delivery.
Can the scale connect to ERP, MES or WMS?
Yes. An optional Neutron interface can exchange weighing data with business systems, cloud services, databases and custom applications using MQTT, REST, WebSocket or TCP/IP.
Which Neutron version should I choose?
Choose CS-NGP-WB for Wi-Fi and BLE. Choose CS-NGP-WBE when Ethernet is also required.
Is the entire scale IP67?
The weighing platform and load cells are IP67 protected. The display device does not carry an IP protection rating and should be installed accordingly.
