KERN ACJ combines a high-quality Single-Cell weighing system with automatic internal adjustment and a robust aluminium-and-plastic housing. It is suited to research, pharmaceutical work, food and environmental analysis, formulation and quality control.
The internal adjustment starts automatically when the ambient temperature changes by at least 2 °C or at four-hour intervals. This supports reliable performance even when conditions or the place of use change.
All four models provide 0.1 mg readability, 0.2 mg reproducibility and ±0.3 mg linearity, with capacities from 82 to 320 g.
Temperature- and time-controlled internal adjustment reduces routine setup effort and helps maintain dependable results.
The tall glass draft shield protects sensitive measurements from air movement while providing practical access to the Ø91 mm stainless-steel pan.
Automatic stable-value output, a programmable four-digit identification number and recipe documentation simplify recurring workflows.
Integrated Neutron CSL captures weighing results and forwards them to local, cloud or customer-hosted systems. It reduces transcription errors and makes the ACJ ready for connected laboratory and quality workflows without a separate external IoT gateway.
The balance provides RS-232 and USB Device interfaces for conventional data exchange. Neutron CSL adds the network and application layer needed to route structured results into modern software environments.

ACJ models are verification-capable. If legal-for-trade use or conformity assessment under NAWI 2014/31/EU is required, it must be ordered before delivery and the installation address must be provided. Initial verification cannot be added after delivery. Digital-workflow compliance also depends on correct installation, calibration, procedures, access control and validation of the connected software.
