KERN ADJ is designed for laboratories, quality control and educational environments that need dependable 0.1 mg measurements without a complex user interface. Electromagnetic force compensation, a stainless-steel pan and a three-door glass draft shield create a practical platform for sensitive samples.
Automatic internal adjustment is triggered when the temperature changes by at least 2 °C or at scheduled three-hour intervals. This helps maintain measurement accuracy without requiring an external adjustment weight for routine adjustment.
Choose 120 or 220 g capacity with 0.1 mg readability, 0.2 mg reproducibility and ±0.4 mg linearity for routine analytical measurements.
Temperature- and time-controlled adjustment supports consistent results when ambient conditions or the location of use change.
The glass draft shield has three sliding doors, making the Ø90 mm weighing pan accessible from the sides and from above.
A clear backlit LCD, six-key control, level indicator and levelling feet support fast setup and straightforward routine use.
The integrated Neutron CSL communication module turns ADJ into a connected analytical balance. Results can be captured automatically and forwarded to local or cloud-based systems, reducing manual transcription, reporting delays and avoidable data-entry errors.
The standard RS-232 interface remains available for conventional peripherals, while Neutron CSL adds a modern network and application layer. Integrators can associate a result with a sample, batch, product, order or operator and route it into the required workflow.
