FDIL – Low-Profile Hygienic Floor Weighing Platform

FDIL platforms are low-profile floor scales designed for easy and safe loading with pallet trucks, trolleys and wheeled containers. Integrated access ramps provide smooth access to the weighing surface, making the platform especially suitable for the food, pharmaceutical and other hygiene-sensitive industries.

For fast and thorough cleaning, the complete weighing platform can be lifted, allowing easy access to the area underneath. This helps maintain high hygiene standards and significantly simplifies regular washdown and maintenance procedures.

The platform is manufactured entirely from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, with an optional AISI 316 version available for environments requiring enhanced corrosion resistance. Depending on the selected model, FDIL platforms are equipped with OIML R60-approved stainless steel load cells with IP68 protection and C3 accuracy class and also C6 as an option where higher accuracy and precision is needed.
