Reliable routine moisture analysis

DAB determines moisture content by measuring the change in sample mass during drying. The clear graphic display shows the active drying process, heating profile, elapsed time, current temperature and moisture result, allowing operators to follow each analysis at a glance.

Flexible switch-off: automatic, time-controlled or manual end-point selection.
Method memory: storage for up to 15 complete drying programs and five completed drying processes.

Which DAB model should I choose?

Choose DAB 100-3 or DAB 100-3IR when you need a 110 g capacity and 0.001 g weighing readability. Choose DAB 200-2 or DAB 200-2IR when you need capacity up to 200 g and 0.01 g readability. The correct heating system should be selected according to the sample, drying method and required validation.

What is the difference between the standard and IR versions?

The standard DAB models use a 400 W halogen quartz-glass heater, while models ending in IR use infrared heating. Both are intended for thermogravimetric moisture determination, but sample behaviour and the validated test method should guide the choice of heating technology.

What data can the built-in Neutron CSL transfer?

Neutron CSL can capture measurement output from the analyzer and forward it to a configured local application, server or cloud service. Depending on the implemented workflow, the result can be enriched with identifiers such as sample, product, batch, operator or order data.
