The Neutron family supports all scales with an RS-232 interface, using the appropriate version, connector, pinout, serial settings and scale protocol. Manufacturer-specific models are intended only for the named manufacturer.
Supported manufacturers across the Neutron family include Mettler Toledo, Sartorius, Minebea Intec, A&D, Ohaus, Avery Weigh-Tronix, Radwag, Rice Lake, Dini Argeo, Kern & Sohn, Ravas, Precisa, Systec, Brecknell and KPZ.

Yes, when your application implements the integration. It can capture the measurement and associate it with the goods receipt or order.
Do I need Scale Monitor Cloud?
No. Local integration or your own infrastructure is possible. ScaleWebLink and other cloud services require internet access.
Can I change the integration method later?
Yes. Configure the supported connection and protocol as your architecture changes; your application must support the chosen method.
Is all software integration included with the module?
The module provides connectivity, supported protocols, device security, updates and remote management capabilities. ERP integration work and separately selected software services depend on the project.
