OHAUS MB62 Smart Moisture Analyzer for Connected Quality Control
High-performance routine moisture analysis with carbon-fibre heating, flexible methods, clear process visibility and automatic data integration.
| 90 g / 1 mg Capacity and weight readability | 0.01% Moisture readability |
| 40–200 °C Temperature range in 1 °C increments | Neutron CSL inside Connected data and system integration |
Flexible performance for demanding routine analysis
The OHAUS MB62 moisture analyzer combines an upgraded 1 mg load cell with innovative carbon-fibre heating for dependable moisture and solids determination. A 90 g capacity, 40–200 °C heating range and four drying profiles make it suitable for varied samples across food, agriculture, chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and quality-control laboratories.
The wide 5-inch LCD, intuitive rotary control, on-screen guidance, progress curve and multicolour status light let operators see both test progress and instrument status at a glance.
More flexibility, less repeated setup
- Four drying profiles: standard, fast, ramp and step for different sample behaviours.
- Seven shut-off options: five automatic criteria plus timed and manual completion.
- 20-method library: standardise recurring analyses and reduce setup differences between operators.
- Storage for 100 results: recall completed measurements together with sample identification.
- Ten sample IDs: organise routine work and improve result attribution.
- Clear workflow guidance: graphical and on-screen instructions support consistent operation.
- Temperature and weight adjustment: supports routine performance checks and quality procedures.
Built-in Neutron CSL
Move moisture results directly into your digital workflow
The integrated Neutron CSL acts as a communication bridge between the MB62 and your IT environment. Completed results can be captured automatically, structured and routed to the required local or cloud system instead of being copied manually from the display.
- Automatic data capture reduces transcription errors and speeds up documentation.
- LIMS, QMS, ERP, MES, WMS, database and custom-software integration connects laboratory results with wider quality and production processes.
- Wi-Fi, Ethernet and Bluetooth Low Energy are available according to the configured Neutron CSL version.
- MQTT/MQTTS, HTTP/HTTPS, WebSocket and TCP/IP support modern local, server and cloud architectures.
- Context-rich records can combine results with product, batch, order, operator or sample identifiers.
- Local or cloud deployment lets IT teams select an architecture aligned with security and data-governance requirements.
