Proven PB Platform Construction
The PB series is designed for small and medium weighing capacities. Its sturdy oven-painted tubular steel frame, removable AISI 304 stainless steel loading surface, adjustable levelling feet and integrated level indicator provide a durable and practical platform for everyday industrial use.
An OIML R60 C3 single-point load cell with IP65 protection delivers stable and reliable weighing performance. Different platform sizes, capacities and high-resolution configurations are available to suit the application.

Neutron NT — Much More Than a Weighing Indicator
Neutron NT transforms the PB platform into an advanced standalone weighing workstation. Its clear 7-inch touchscreen displays weight values, product data, operator instructions, process commands and status information on one organised screen. Custom operator screens and fields allow the scale to adapt to your workflow instead of forcing your workflow to adapt to the scale.
Gross/net weighing, parts counting, checkweighing +/−, filling, dosing and recipes.
Manage products, customers, orders, batches, recipes, vehicles, operators and custom process data.
Connect barcode scanners and print labels or receipts with weights, barcodes, QR codes, logos and custom fields.
Users, groups and permissions help protect settings. Multiple interface languages are included, with additional languages installable.
Ready for Automation, Cloud and AI-Enabled Workflows
Neutron NT connects the weighing station with local equipment and digital business systems through Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Bluetooth, RS-232 and RS-485. Support for Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, MQTT and TCP/IP enables integration with PLC, HMI, ERP, MES, warehouse, quality-management and custom software.
This open, data-ready architecture makes the PB with Neutron NT suitable for modern automation and AI-enabled environments in which weighing data can be analysed, validated or used by connected software to optimise production, traceability, inventory and decision-making. AI functionality depends on the connected software or integration.

Free remote monitoring and management through Scale Monitor Cloud helps reduce service visits and keeps connected scales under control.
