The RADWAG MA 5Y series with built-in Neutron CSL combines precise thermogravimetric moisture analysis with intelligent digital connectivity. Fifteen configurations cover capacities from 50 to 210 g, mass readability from 0.1 to 1 mg and three heating technologies—giving laboratories, quality teams and integrators the right analyzer for the method and workflow.

MA 5Y analyzers determine moisture or dry-matter content by tracking sample mass during a controlled drying cycle. Four drying profiles—standard, mild, fast and step—adapt the method to different materials. Four finish modes—automatic, manual, time-defined and user-defined—give operators the right balance of consistency and control.

Excellent repeatability: ±0.05% for an approximately 2 g sample and ±0.01% for an approximately 10 g sample.
Clear process overview: the 10-inch colour touchscreen displays graphs, statuses, notes and measurement history.
Automatic weighing chamber supports comfortable daily operation.
Sample traceability helps connect results with products, batches, methods and operators.
Controlled user access: password, RFID, fingerprint or facial recognition options.

Neutron CSL is an embedded IIoT communication layer that turns analyzer output into standardized, usable data. It reduces manual transcription and provides a practical bridge to laboratory, production and enterprise software.
