A complete four-point weighing package for large silos, tanks, hoppers and other high-capacity industrial weighing applications. The kit combines four Dini Argeo DSBI stainless-steel double shear beam load cells, four matching KDSBN stainless-steel mounting kits and the Neutron NT smart weighing terminal.
Measure locally, monitor remotely and connect high-capacity weighing data directly to production and IT systems.
DSBI double shear beam load cells are designed for high-capacity multi-cell weighing systems. Their 17-4 PH stainless-steel construction, C4 precision class and IP68 protection make them suitable for large silos, tanks, hoppers and other demanding industrial installations.
Neutron NT manages local weighing, calibration, diagnostics and operator functions while Scale Monitor adds remote inventory visibility, history, alarms and diagnostics.

Use the 7-inch touchscreen for local setup, calibration, diagnostics and operator work while the same weighing data can be exchanged with Scale Monitor, ERP, MES, WMS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, databases and custom software.

DSBI: 17-4 PH stainless-steel double shear beam load cell, OIML R60, C4 precision class, IP68 protection, 2 mV/V rated output, 0.03% F.S. combined error, 150% F.S. safe overload, 300% F.S. ultimate overload and -30 to +85 °C operating temperature.
Individual cell capacities are 10,000, 20,000 and 30,000 kg. The design is suitable for high-capacity weighing systems, including large silos, tanks, hoppers and weighbridge applications.
The displayed capacity is the combined nominal capacity of the four load cells. It is not automatically the usable net weighing capacity of the finished silo or vessel. Dead load, load distribution, dynamic and lateral forces and the required safety margin must be considered when selecting the final system capacity.
