Your silo. One clear overview.
A complete four-point weighing package for silos, tanks, hoppers and process vessels. The standard kit combines four Dini Argeo CPX stainless-steel compression load cells, four KCPN stainless-steel mounting kits and the Neutron NT smart weighing terminal.

Keep local control. Add remote visibility.
Neutron NT handles weighing, calibration and local operator functions while Scale Monitor adds remote silo inventory visibility. Your PLC, HMI or SCADA can continue controlling filling, discharge, conveyors, valves, motors, interlocks and safety logic.
Scale Monitor adds live inventory, historical consumption, high- and low-level alarms, filling and discharge trends, multi-site dashboards and remote diagnostics.

How capacity is shown: the selected capacity is the combined nominal capacity of all four load cells. For example, 1,000 kg total = 4 × 250 kg CPX load cells, 2,000 kg total = 4 × 500 kg, and so on.
Neutron NT turns the load-cell kit into a connected weighing system
Use the 7-inch touchscreen for local setup, calibration, diagnostics and operator work while the same weighing data can be exchanged with Scale Monitor, ERP, MES, WMS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, databases and custom software.

CPX and KCPN technical highlights
CPX: stainless-steel low-profile compression load cell, OIML R60, C3 class for selected 2,500 to 12,500 kg versions, 2 mV/V rated output, 0.05% F.S. combined error, 0.01% F.S. non-repeatability, 120% F.S. safe overload and -20 to +60 C operating temperature.
KCPN: stainless-steel mounting assembly with self-centering mechanics, anti-overturn protection, electrostatic-discharge protection and a locking/bypass system for installation, transport and maintenance.
Engineering note
The displayed capacity is the combined nominal capacity of the four load cells. It is not automatically the usable net weighing capacity of the finished silo or vessel. Dead load, load distribution, lateral and dynamic forces, safety margin and any legal-for-trade requirements must be considered when selecting the final system capacity.

What is included in the CPX four-load-cell weighing kit?
The standard kit includes four Dini Argeo CPX stainless-steel compression load cells, four matching KCPN stainless-steel mounting kits and one Neutron NT smart weighing terminal. A version without KCPN mounting kits is also available.
CPX kit configuration
Can I order the CPX kit without the KCPN mounting kits?
Yes. The standard package includes four KCPN stainless-steel mounting kits, but the CPX weighing package can also be supplied without the mounting kits when the mechanical structure already provides a suitable load-cell installation.

What is the difference between IP68 and IP69K for the CPX load cells?
IP68 is the standard protection level. IP69K is available as an option for installations that require increased protection against high-pressure, high-temperature washdown. For this complete four-load-cell package, the IP69K option adds €268 net.
CPX protection
Which CPX load-cell capacity should I choose for my silo or tank?
The correct capacity depends on the vessel dead load, maximum product weight, load distribution across the supports, dynamic and lateral forces, safety margins and any legal-for-trade requirements. The nominal capacities of four cells should not simply be added and treated as the finished system capacity without checking the mechanical design.

Which communication and integration options does Neutron support?
Neutron supports MQTT, MQTTS, WebSocket, WSS, REST API, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, RS-232, RS-485, UART, Wi-Fi, WPA2, WPA3, Wi-Fi Enterprise, Bluetooth Low Energy and optional Ethernet.
Neutron integration
Can weighing data be integrated with ERP, WMS, MES, PLC or SCADA systems?
Yes. Neutron can make weighing data available to ERP, WMS, MES, PLC, SCADA, HMI, databases, local servers and custom applications using supported communication interfaces and protocols.
