Connected weighing for silos, tanks and hoppers
A complete four-point weighing package for industrial silos, tanks, hoppers and process vessels. The kit combines four Dini Argeo SBX-1KL stainless-steel shear beam load cells, four matching KSB5 stainless-steel mounting kits and the Neutron NT smart weighing terminal.
Measure locally, monitor remotely and connect weighing data directly to production and IT systems.
A robust C3 solution for multi-cell weighing
SBX-1KL load cells are stainless-steel shear beam cells with OIML R60 C3 accuracy, IP68 protection and 1000 Ohm output resistance. They are suitable for four-cell weighing systems, including tank and hopper weighing.
Neutron NT manages local weighing, calibration, diagnostics and operator functions while Scale Monitor adds remote inventory visibility, history, alarms and diagnostics.

How capacity is shown: the selected capacity is the combined nominal capacity of all four load cells. 12,000 kg total = 4 × 3,000 kg SBX3000-1KL and 18,000 kg total = 4 × 4,500 kg SBX4500-1KL.
Neutron NT turns the SBX kit into a connected weighing system
Use the 7-inch touchscreen for local setup, calibration, diagnostics and operator work while weighing data can be exchanged with Scale Monitor, ERP, MES, WMS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, databases and custom software.

SBX-1KL technical highlights
SBX-1KL: stainless-steel laser-welded shear beam load cell, OIML R60 C3, IP68, 2 mV/V rated output, 0.017% F.S. combined error, 120% F.S. safe overload, 300% F.S. ultimate overload and -20 to +60 °C operating temperature.
This kit uses the 3,000 kg and 4,500 kg SBX-1KL versions with low-power 1000 Ohm output resistance.
Engineering note
The displayed capacity is the combined nominal capacity of the four load cells. It is not automatically the usable net capacity of the finished silo or vessel. Dead load, load distribution, dynamic and lateral forces, safety margin and any legal-for-trade requirements must be considered when selecting the final system capacity.

The displayed capacity is the combined nominal capacity of all four load cells. The 12,000 kg version uses four 3,000 kg SBX3000-1KL cells, while the 18,000 kg version uses four 4,500 kg SBX4500-1KL cells.

Which protection class is used in the standard SBX-1KL kit?
The standard SBX-1KL load cells in this kit have IP68 protection. Dini Argeo also lists an IP69K version as an optional load-cell execution, but it is not included as a selectable configuration in this kit.
