A complete four-point weighing package for smaller silos, hoppers, day bins, dosing vessels and compact production tanks. The kit combines four Dini Argeo FXD stainless-steel bending-beam load cells, four matching KFX stainless-steel mounting kits and the Neutron NT smart weighing terminal.

FXD bending-beam load cells are a compact solution for lower-capacity multi-cell weighing systems. They are especially suitable for smaller silos, hoppers, dosing systems and production vessels where accurate weighing and a compact mechanical installation are required.
Neutron NT manages local weighing, calibration, diagnostics and operator functions while Scale Monitor adds remote inventory visibility, history, alarms and diagnostics.

Use the 7-inch touchscreen for local setup, calibration, diagnostics and operator work while the same weighing data can be exchanged with Scale Monitor, ERP, MES, WMS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, databases and custom software.

FXD: stainless-steel bending-beam load cell, OIML R60, C3 precision class, IP68 protection, 2 mV/V rated output, 0.012% F.S. combined error, 0.01% F.S. non-repeatability, 120% F.S. safe overload, 150% F.S. ultimate overload and -20 to +60 °C operating temperature.
Individual cell capacities are 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 300 and 500 kg. Approved weighing versions are available from 100 to 500 kg per cell.
The displayed capacity is the combined nominal capacity of the four load cells. It is not automatically the usable net weighing capacity of the finished silo or vessel. Dead load, load distribution, dynamic and lateral forces and the required safety margin must be considered when selecting the final system capacity.
