Smart weighing for smaller silos and production vessels
A complete four-point weighing package for smaller silos, hoppers, day bins, dosing vessels and compact production tanks. The kit combines four Dini Argeo FXD stainless-steel bending-beam load cells, four matching KFX stainless-steel mounting kits and the Neutron NT smart weighing terminal.

Designed for lighter silo and process applications
FXD bending-beam load cells are a compact solution for lower-capacity multi-cell weighing systems. They are especially suitable for smaller silos, hoppers, dosing systems and production vessels where accurate weighing and a compact mechanical installation are required.
Neutron NT manages local weighing, calibration, diagnostics and operator functions while Scale Monitor adds remote inventory visibility, history, alarms and diagnostics.

How capacity is shown: the selected capacity is the combined nominal capacity of all four load cells. For example, 40 kg total = 4 × 10 kg FXD load cells, 80 kg total = 4 × 20 kg, and 2,000 kg total = 4 × 500 kg.
Neutron NT turns the FXD kit into a connected weighing system
Use the 7-inch touchscreen for local setup, calibration, diagnostics and operator work while the same weighing data can be exchanged with Scale Monitor, ERP, MES, WMS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, databases and custom software.

FXD technical highlights
FXD: stainless-steel bending-beam load cell, OIML R60, C3 precision class, IP68 protection, 2 mV/V rated output, 0.012% F.S. combined error, 0.01% F.S. non-repeatability, 120% F.S. safe overload, 150% F.S. ultimate overload and -20 to +60 °C operating temperature.
Individual cell capacities are 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 300 and 500 kg. Approved weighing versions are available from 100 to 500 kg per cell.
Engineering note
The displayed capacity is the combined nominal capacity of the four load cells. It is not automatically the usable net weighing capacity of the finished silo or vessel. Dead load, load distribution, dynamic and lateral forces and the required safety margin must be considered when selecting the final system capacity.

What is included in the FXD four-load-cell weighing kit?
The package includes four Dini Argeo FXD stainless-steel bending-beam load cells, four matching KFX stainless-steel mounting kits and one Neutron NT smart weighing terminal. The KFX mounting kits are a fixed part of this package and are not offered as a removable configuration option.

Can I order the FXD kit without the KFX mounting kits?
No. Unlike the larger CPX package, this FXD configuration is sold with the KFX stainless-steel mounting kits included as part of the complete assembly package.

Which protection class is available for the FXD kit?
The FXD load cells in this package have IP68 protection. There is no separate selectable protection-class option in this kit.

How should I choose the total nominal capacity for my small silo or hopper?
The displayed capacity is the combined nominal capacity of all four FXD load cells. For example, 40 kg total uses four 10 kg cells, 80 kg total uses four 20 kg cells and 2,000 kg total uses four 500 kg cells. The usable net capacity of the finished installation must still account for vessel dead load, load distribution, dynamic and lateral forces and the required safety margin.

Yes. Neutron can make weighing data available to ERP, WMS, MES, PLC, SCADA, HMI, databases, local servers and custom applications using supported communication interfaces and protocols.
