🔌 Integration for IT teams and automation engineers
Connect weighing data to ERP, MES, WMS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, IoT and cloud systems. Supported interfaces include MQTT/MQTTS, WebSocket/WSS, REST/HTTPS, TCP/IP, Modbus RTU/TCP and OPC UA. OPC UA can serve local automation while MQTT maintains the cloud connection. The Neutron NS architecture provides six digital inputs and six digital outputs for process control.
Stainless steel construction with a compact installation
The platform uses AISI 304 stainless steel, with AISI 316 available as an option. The aluminium C6 load cell has IP67 protection. Electronics are integrated inside the platform, reducing external hardware and cabling. Wi-Fi operation needs only the platform power connection; Ethernet operation also needs a network cable.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate weighing indicator?
No. TPI AIO contains Neutron NS weighing electronics inside the platform. Your own PC, tablet, smartphone or terminal provides the operator interface.
Is a computer or tablet included?
No. The product is the smart weighing platform with integrated electronics. Computers, tablets, stainless steel computer enclosures and other external terminals are separate equipment.
What is the difference between WB and WBE?
WB includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth BLE. WBE includes Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth BLE. This product is the WBE version.
Can I build a workflow without developing software?
Yes. Scale Monitor lets you configure virtual indicators, databases, fields, permissions and guided weighing workflows. Application features depend on your Scale Monitor configuration and service plan.
Can I connect it to my own software or PLC?
Yes. Use the supported API and communication protocols to connect local applications, ERP/MES/WMS systems, PLCs or cloud platforms.
