Built-in remote assistance
Neutron NS includes built-in remote assistance. Connect to the device via Bluetooth using the web application at apps.scale-monitor.com, select Virtual Assistance and we can connect remotely to help you configure and commission the scale.

Integrated Neutron NS connectivity
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are included, with optional Ethernet. Neutron NS supports Scale Monitor, MQTT/MQTTS, Modbus RTU/TCP, REST, WebSocket, TCP and customer applications.

Frequently asked questions
Does the scale require a separate indicator?
No. Neutron NS performs weighing and communication functions. Operators can use Scale Monitor or another compatible application on an existing screen.
Can Neutron NS communicate with several systems simultaneously?
Yes. Local Modbus communication can run together with Scale Monitor, MQTT and other authorised applications.
How do you connect Neutron NS to Wi-Fi for the first time?
Open the Neutron BLE configuration utility on a Bluetooth-enabled device, select the module, enter its PIN, configure SSID and password, save and restart. CSTools can also be used.
How do you calibrate the scale?
Calibrate remotely through Scale Monitor or locally with CSTools for Windows, Android and iOS. First calibrate zero with an empty stable platform, then apply a known weight, enter its value and start calibration. Additional increasing linearisation points can be added.
Can it connect to PLC, ERP, MES or WMS?
Yes. Neutron NS is designed for local automation, cloud monitoring and business-system integration.
