Designed around your bulk-bag workflow
The PRECIZ big bag weighing system combines a platform with a supporting frame for the bag loops. The standard configuration includes the Neutron NT touchscreen terminal. Painted steel or stainless-steel construction, designs with or without a raised base, and custom dimensions are available by quotation.
Weigh, fill and identify
Neutron NT supports local weighing applications, configurable operator screens and weighing records. Configure filling and dosing around your process; optional label printers can identify bags with weight, product and batch data. Automation equipment, printers and project-specific integration are specified separately.
For IT teams and integrators
Connect weighing records to Scale Monitor and your ERP, MES or WMS. Discuss REST API, webhook and industrial communication requirements with us to define the appropriate configuration and receiving system.
Custom manufacture: from requirements to your scale
- We send you a specification form to capture dimensions, capacity, material and process requirements.
- After receiving your completed form, we prepare a quotation.
- Once you confirm the quotation, we design technical drawings and a 3D model and send them for your approval.
- After you approve the design, we manufacture your custom scale.
Custom manufacture usually takes 3–4 weeks. The schedule is agreed in your quotation.
